Development of Mark Andy's digital front-end solutions gamut, and management of technical relationships with software partners.
Leading the development of the ProWORX product suite to simplify L&P file preparation, from initial strategic planning to launch and ongoing enhancement. (See Key Projects)
Leading development and maintenance of the Mark Andy prepress knowledge base. Creation of documentation and training programs that significantly accelerate customer onboarding and product ramp-up.
Provide global tier 3 prepress and software support for Mark Andy digital press solutions.
Testing, benchmarking, and qualification of new software solutions, integrating the newest innovations into the Mark Andy workflow.
Provide technical sales support on the topics of workflow automation and color management as they pertain to our equipment.
Achieved G7 Expert certification in 2021, allowing us to improve the color training we provide to our digital customers.

Developed and maintained prepress production workflows using LabelTraxx MIS, Esko Automation Engine, and Digital Front End software.
Managed prepress integration of multiple HP Indigo presses.
Management duties include production planning, press efficiency reporting, staff training, and supporting a studio of 4 operators.
Prepress duties include customer account management, artworking, file preparation, tooling procurement, flight checking, quality control, and color management.
Responsible for the continued development and maintenance of the Esko workflows that supported this work.
Vale Labels was awarded ISO 9001 accreditation in 2015 for continuous improvement of our quality management system. A process in which prepress served a key role.
